- We will contact you within 48 hours if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. We will suggest product alternatives or remove the item from the order and give you a full refund.
- Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
- Colors depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in color variations shown on the website and in the catalogue.

We truly believe that you will be pleased with our products. We understand, however, that you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and therefore we will happily accept your return/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please read the following policies and procedures for exchanges or returns:
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition: new, unworn, unwashed and properly packed in the original box. Please be aware that because it is a compression garment, all items that have been worn, even for a short period, will show signs of wear and will no longer be in the original condition.
- Exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process.
- Credits will be made to the original payment form of your order and may take up to 5 business days to process by YourPerformanceSolutions.com
- Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the returning/exchange shipping cost.
- If you receive the wrong item, we will provide the returning label and make sure that you will receive the correct one as soon as possible.
- Please send copy of the receipt together with your return/exchange.
All items that we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of and to maintain the original level of compression. Please use cold water and a mild soap. Machine wash cold, no tumbling, no dryer.
